The RX (FD) series cascade refrigeration unit is designed to provide users with low-temperature refrigerant for cyclic use from -35 ℃ to -80 ℃.
This product is suitable for various industries such as chemical, mechanical, pharmaceutical, etc. that require low-temperature refrigerant as a refrigerant.
1. Compressor: Adopting Bock imported from Germany Bitzer has stable performance and low failure rate. Refrigerant: Low temperature environmentally friendly refrigerant R404A/R23
2. Siemens industrial grade PLC+color LCD touch screen control system from Germany, with high degree of automation and precise control without human monitoring. Can meet the 24-hour continuous production demand.
3. Convenience: The unit adopts advanced PLC control technology, achieving one click startup and fully automatic operation. We can also achieve multi machine linkage and remote control according to your requirements.
4. The refrigeration unit has been fully debugged and qualified before leaving the factory. Users only need to connect the water source and power supply to use it.

1. The cooling capacity is measured under the following temperature conditions: the refrigerant is alcohol; The inlet/outlet temperature of the cooling water is 32/37 ℃.
2. Scope of work:
The outlet temperature of the cooling water is between 22 ℃ and 37 ℃
The temperature difference at the inlet of the cooling water ranges from 3.5 ℃ to 10 ℃
The outlet temperature of the frozen liquid is -40 ℃ to -80 ℃
The temperature difference between the inlet and outlet of the refrigerant is 2.5 ℃ to 10 ℃
3. Paired cooling water and refrigerant inlet and outlet connecting flanges are provided at the factory, and the refrigerant (alcohol) is provided by the user.
